The DPO is the Data Protection Officer - a figure who provides privacy advice and training and oversees compliance with the law in order to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects: that's why we have appointed one!

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity (Art. 4 GDPR).

We have indicated all the information describing how we process personal data in the disclosures listed below. The disclosures are divided by the type of person to whom they are addressed: open the one that best fits your situation to learn more! The legislation on the protection of personal data guarantees each individual certain rights that can be exercised vis-à-vis those who process his or her personal data.
To exercise your rights, we invite you to use the form that you can download HERE and send it in the manner you find most convenient among those indicated in the How to Contact Us section.
You are not obliged to use the form, you can also write to us in another manner or propose your request orally. The form is useful to guide you in your request and enable us to process it more easily.
We will in any case give you feedback within 30 days, reporting any delay, as required by the regulations.
